WHAT YOU GET

From an idea to a buildable plan

Three deliverables that turn “we want something custom” into a project you can actually price and approve.

01

A defined scope

A written scope that says exactly what gets built, in what materials, to what standard — the document that stops a custom project from drifting.

02

A concept drawing

A concept you can see and react to, not a verbal promise. Enough to know it’s the right piece before the saw starts.

03

A real budget

A grounded number built from materials, labor, and finish — not a guess that balloons later. You make the build decision with eyes open.

If you can describe the problem, we can scope the fix.

HOW IT WORKS

Measured, drawn, and priced — in that order

Listen & measure

We review the idea, the space, and the constraints — and measure what’s already there.

Define the scope

We write down exactly what gets built, in what materials, to what standard.

Draw the concept

We produce a concept you can see and react to before anything is committed.

Build the budget

We price it for real — materials, labor, finish — so the build decision is yours to make.

SCOPE

What scoping covers — and what comes next

Scoping de-risks the build. The build itself is a separate engagement, priced from the budget you approve here.

INCLUDED IN SCOPING

  • Discovery call and on-site measure-up
  • Written scope of work
  • Concept drawing
  • Material and finish direction
  • Real, line-itemed build budget
  • Fee credited if you proceed

PART OF THE BUILD

  • Fabrication and installation (the build itself)
  • Engineered or stamped drawings, if required
  • Permits and third-party fees
  • Materials purchased for the build

QUESTIONS

Before you book

Is the fee really credited toward the build?

Yes. If you proceed with the project, the scoping fee is credited toward it. You’re paying for clarity, not paying twice.

What if I don’t move forward?

You keep the scope, the concept drawing, and the budget. They’re yours to use, shop, or shelve. There’s no obligation to build with us.

Do I need drawings before I start?

No. An idea, a reference photo, or a measurement is enough. Drawing the concept is part of the work — that’s the point.

Are you a general contractor?

No. Atrium designs, scopes, and fabricates custom work and coordinates installation. We don’t hold GC licensure and won’t represent otherwise.

How accurate is the budget?

It’s built from real materials, labor, and finish — not a placeholder. It’s the number we’d stand behind to build it, so the surprise risk is wrung out up front.
