HOW IT WORKS
We confirm the room, the list, and the look. You sign off on a spec before anything is priced.
We take the spec to trade vendors and bring back options and quotes, ranked by value.
You approve. We place the order, handle the paperwork, and lock in the lead times.
We track production and freight to the door, and flag any slippage before it costs you a date.
SCOPE
QUESTIONS
The work: assessment, specification, sourcing, order placement, and tracking through delivery. It is a fixed fee, agreed before we start.
Separately, at cost. You see the vendor pricing. We don’t mark up the furniture — the fixed fee is how we’re paid, so our advice stays honest.
The Sprint covers a single room or category. For multiple rooms or a full fit-out we’ll scope a full FF&E engagement — often the better value, and we’ll tell you if it is.
We coordinate it and can bring in install labor, billed separately. The Sprint fee covers procurement; install is scoped on top so you only pay for what you need.
Most Sprints kick off within a week of checkout. We follow up within one business day to confirm scope and lock a schedule.
