We lead it from initial scoping through final acceptance and stay the single contractual party throughout — responsible for schedule, quality, and budget. Fabrication runs through a curated network of vetted manufacturers and trade partners.

01 · Scope & Feasibility
Discovery — We review design intent with you and your designer, architect, or GC, assess site conditions and constraints, and confirm materials and feasibility before committing a number.
02 · Design Translation & Bid
Proposal — We turn intent into shop-ready specifications with 3D concept renderings, bid the work across vetted trade partners, and issue a fixed fee, schedule, and written change-order framework.
03 · Contract & Fabrication Kickoff
Mobilization — Agreement executed and deposit taken; fabrication slots booked, shop drawings approved, and the schedule locked.
04 · Fabricate & Coordinate
Execution — We oversee fabrication across trades with QC checkpoints, manage logistics, and report written status weekly. Any change is priced and accepted in writing before work proceeds.
05 · Install & Accept
Acceptance & Handoff — We coordinate delivery and installation, walk the punch list against documented criteria, transfer warranties and documentation, and follow up at 30 and 90 days.

Change-order discipline is non-negotiable. Any scope shift is written down, priced, and accepted before work proceeds.
How do I start?
The Custom Project Scoping engagement is a fixed-fee way to pressure test feasibility and produce a build-ready scope. The engagement includes 3D concept renderings and is credited toward the project.
