Returns & Refunds Policy

At Atrium Service Group, LLC ("Atrium"), we are committed to delivering high-quality, tailored solutions across our service lines. Because our work is highly customized and specific to each client engagement, the following policy governs returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Services

All services—including AI Implementation, Custom Projects, and Business Strategy—are final. Atrium does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these service lines. Each engagement is scoped, customized, and delivered specifically for the client, and all sales are final upon agreement and commencement of work.

FF&E Procurement

Returns or exchanges may be available only for products supplied through our Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) Procurement service line. Any such return or exchange is governed solely by the applicable manufacturer's return policy. Atrium does not independently offer or guarantee returns, exchanges, or refunds on procured products beyond what the manufacturer permits.

Because manufacturer policies vary by brand and product, the following may apply to any approved return or exchange:

  • Restocking fees imposed by the manufacturer or supplier
  • Return shipping and freight costs
  • Time limits and condition requirements set by the manufacturer
  • Exclusions for custom-built, made-to-order, or special-order items, which are typically non-returnable

Custom-ordered or made-to-order FF&E items are generally final and non-returnable, even within the FF&E Procurement service line, unless the manufacturer expressly permits otherwise.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a procured product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly so we can coordinate a resolution with the manufacturer or supplier in accordance with their warranty and claims process.
