Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Atrium Service Group, LLC ("Atrium"), our AI Implementation, Custom Projects, and Business Strategy service lines are delivered digitally or on-site and do not involve physical shipping. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies solely to physical goods procured through our Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) Procurement service line.

Sourcing & Fulfillment

FF&E items are sourced directly from manufacturers and authorized suppliers. Shipping, freight, and delivery are arranged through the manufacturer, supplier, or a designated carrier on a per-order basis. Specific shipping arrangements, methods, and responsibilities will be confirmed in your project proposal or order documentation.

Lead Times

Production and delivery lead times vary by manufacturer, product, and order volume, and are determined by the supplier rather than by Atrium. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order. Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items typically require extended lead times. Atrium is not responsible for manufacturer or carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping, freight, handling, and any applicable delivery surcharges are determined by the manufacturer or carrier and are passed through to the client. These costs will be itemized or included in your project proposal or order documentation prior to order placement.

Delivery & Inspection

Delivery methods vary by product and may include standard freight, curbside, threshold, or white-glove delivery, depending on the manufacturer and the terms of your order. Please inspect all items promptly upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies should be noted at the time of delivery and reported to Atrium as soon as possible so we can coordinate a resolution with the manufacturer or carrier.

Title & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss for procured goods passes in accordance with the applicable manufacturer or carrier shipping terms.

Service Area

Atrium provides FF&E Procurement services to clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Delivery availability outside of this region may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
