01 · Assess & Specify
Discovery — We confirm the room, the list, and the look — needs, site conditions, brand standards, and budget — and develop an item-level specification you sign off on before anything is priced.
02 · Source & Quote
Proposal — We take the spec to trade vendors, run competitive bids, value-engineer where it helps, and return a written package: real goods pricing plus a fixed sourcing fee.
03 · Order & Schedule
Mobilization — On approval, we execute the agreement, place orders, lock lead times, and build the freight and install schedule.
04 · Expedite & Deliver
Execution — We manage orders, expedite production, coordinate freight, and oversee receiving and staging — flagging slippage before it costs you a date.
05 · Install & Support
Acceptance & Handoff — We oversee installation, walk the punch list against the spec, register warranties, hand off documentation, and follow up at 30 and 90 days.

Can you work from a designer’s spec?
Yes. We can source and deliver against an existing specification, or develop one with you from scratch. Either way, we will provide our own 3D concept renderings.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
Engagements run four to fourteen weeks on a fixed fee, with goods handled by agreement. A discovery call sizes it precisely.
Do you handle installation?
We oversee receiving, staging, and installation, and own the warranty relationship afterward.
